Roasted Spicy Broccoli

Serves 6 – 8

Ingredients:
• 4 cups broccoli florets
• 1 small red pepper, chopped in 1? squares
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
• 2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
• Sea salt and Pepper
• ½ tsp crushed red pepper
• Zest of ½ lemon
• 1 garlic clove, minced

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 400 Degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in large baking dish.
3. Roast for 15 minutes.
4. Toss and continue to roast for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
5. Drizzle olive oil on top and serve.
